Luigi and Daisy are like the couple of a lifetime, but they don't know it.  Daisy likes Luigi and Luigi likes Daisy. The only conflict is that they wont tell eachother.

Some gossip happened about them actually in her apperence in the Mario Golf. It states that "Some gossips started portraying her as Luigi's answer to Mario's Peach."

There is another clue that gives you hints that Daisy likes Luigi. The statues at Daisy Circut on Mario Kart Wii kind of clues you in. They are of Daisy and Luigi as themselves and as babies.
